Culinary students made donuts for local law enforcement to celebrate national police week. Mrs. Fondren delivered to the Ackerman PD and Choctaw county sheriffs department.
Halea Wood spoke with the Health Science and Sports Medicine Classes at CCCTC about the profession of Athletic Training. She discussed education requirements, job opportunities, and student life within the Athletic Training Program at the University of Southern Mississippi.

Mr. Vance's Agriculture Power and Machinery students were disassembling small engines to do part identification, system trouble shooting, and then reassembling back to factory specks.
In HS core students have been reviewing the cardiovascular system. Each block made a heart big enough so that each student could "walk thru" each chamber and valve of both the left and right sides of the heart as they traced the pathway of blood circulation.
Health Science core is wrapping up their unit on the circulatory system. They studied the structures and functions of the heart and diseases of the heart. Today, they focused on blood and its components. They made a mini vial of blood to help reinforce the differences.
