Culinary Arts I students enjoyed learning about the history of food service. Students prepared some historically significant dishes: classic French Peach Melba, created by the King of the Kitchen, Escoffier, Foccacia, White Castle Sliders, and Delmonico Potatoes.



Healthcare and Clinical Services and Sports Medicine students visited Choctaw County Regional Medical Center for their clinical orientation and training.

Culinary Arts students are at the homecoming parade selling cookies and sweet tea! Come out and support our students and enjoy a delicious treat!


Culinary Arts students traveled to the Choctaw Nursing and Rehabilitation Center to demonstrate how to make homemade ice cream in a bag. Residents helped measure ingredients and shake the ice cream until it froze. Students then fixed each resident a custom sundae.

Health Science students are learning how to correctly donn and doff their personal protective equipment (PPE) this week.


Healthcare & Clinical Services students are practicing manual blood pressures on each other. They are preparing for their Vital Signs work-based learning skill check off with an industry professional in the health care profession.

Students in Culinary Arts I enjoyed making Rice Krispy treats in celebration of making a 100 on their workplace safety test!


CTE School Counselor, Mrs. McGlothin and Career Coach, Mrs. Johnson enjoyed speaking to all CCCTC students about the academic and career goals for the upcoming school year.


Sports Medicine students have been learning about patient safety during transfers and mobility within healthcare facilities.
