Kyndal Metts and Jacob Wilson welded a guitar made out of pipe. It was something they saw online that was made out of wood and decided to create the similar object made out of pipe using MIG welding, measuring tools, and a grinder to build and shape the guitar.

HOSA students have been preparing to compete in a variety of healthcare competitions at the HOSA State Conference this week. Pictured is Brooklyn Foddrill who will be compete in Sports Medicine and Alysa Helms will compete in the Nursing Assistant division.

Culinary Arts I students made dishes featuring fruits. Students prepared a fresh fruit tart, poached pears with chocolate sauce, and apple cobbler.
CCCTC Construction Classes toured MS State construction class with Mrs. Johnson, Career Coach. MS State also treated the students to Fresh Foods for lunch. Mrs. Johnson treated the students to ice cream from the MAFES store to end the day. Thank you #MSState for a GREAT day!

Culinary Arts I students experimented with various cooking techniques in their vegetable unit…vegetables may not be their top pick but after cooking them different ways, they learned that they really do enjoy more vegetables than they realize!
