Culinary arts 2 students are learning about sandwiches. They made a club sandwich, Philly steak and cheese, and Monte Cristo.

FCA students in Culinary Arts 2 put their cooking skills to the test with their first kitchen challenge.

Concepts of Agriculture classes completed a study of Trees and Forests with a leaf identification project. The students brought leaves from home and using a field guide, described and identified the name of the tree the leaves were from.


Mrs. Moncrief's Animals I and Animals II classes conducted a taste testing of dairy products and alternative dairy products. The students compared nutritional value and taste of the products. Students conducted research on a wide research on a wide variety of dairy products.


Health Science II students are learning Basic Life Support skills. 2-Rescuer CPR with the use of Ambu bag and A.E.D. (automated external Defibrillator).


Health Science II students are learning vital signs, temperature, pulse, respirations, and blood pressure.


Students in Culinary Arts 2 put their cooking skills to the test with their first kitchen challenge. Students incorporated knowledge and skills they learned from the first 9 weeks to create a breakfast plate featuring four food groups and highlighting eggs.



Mr. Berry's Agricultural Power and Machinery class was learning Oxyfuel Cutting and how to light the cutting torch and obtain a neutral flame. They were also learning how heat can be applied to metal to bend or shape it into various shapes.


Construction and Carpentry students are setting up, climbing up, and descending using a 3 point contact on a ladder. Students are learning how to use PPE equipment correctly while inspecting ear protection, hard hats, footwear, and putting on fall arrest harnesses properly.
