WES 1st and 2nd graders had a lot of fun in the snow!


Due to the possibility of roads freezing tonight, Choctaw County Schools will operate on a 2 hour delay on Tuesday January 12, 2021. Lunch only will be served.


Due to the threat of winter weather, CCSD will be having virtual classes Monday January 11, 2021. All campuses will be closed! Please be safe and have fun!


We will continue to monitor the weather and make a determination to have a regular school day or virtual school day for Monday on Sunday night.

Mr. Stoney Armstrong is always kept busy helping pre-k students at Weir Elementary School. Students were excited to get to see what was in the stockings on the Christmas tree in the library. Stoney is pictured here helping the students get candy canes out of the stockings.



The students at Weir Elementary School were ecstatic this week when they first saw their new school bus! Pictured is Mr. Snyder checking to see that all the students are safe and ready for the trip home in their new ride. WES is thankful for our newest bus and for all our bus drivers who take care of our students.
